New Rating System for BOW

I have been trying to codify the rating system for Beef on Weck and have developed the following system. In this new rating, I will rate the sandwich itself (10 points), The sides (10 points), and the general overall restaurant score(10 points).


A total of 30 points is the maximum rating possible. Here are the criteria:

  • Au Jus (1 point):
